The Palazzo del Marchese Mereghi, which houses the Nobildonne Relais, is just a stone’s throw from the Spanish Steps, and from the designer boutiques on Via dei Condotti, the imperial remains of the Ara Pacis and the finest artisanal ice cream in Piazza in Lucina. About us
The Nobildonne Relais is based on a concept by Stefano and Alessia, two Roman architects who can tap into a wealth of experience in dealing with buildings in the hospitality sector. The desire to afford access to the most precious and exclusive aspects of Rome’s classicity is what underpins their approach. What they want to offer is not just a stay in yet another guest house, but a unique experience in a patrician residence.
To reach this objective, they sought out a residence that would meet their specific requirements; having found it, they then went to great lengths to choose the right wall coverings, before restoring the fixtures and flooring.
Great care was taken over the lighting, in order to make the most of the frescos and atmospheres, and all of the services were redesigned to achieve maximum comfort, efficiency and safety, and the highest possible saving of energy.
This restoration project was pursued with passion and professionalism, so that guests staying at the Nobildonne Relais can now enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.
